Lunch will be served at the airfield daily but you must reserve your lunch via our web site application form. Breakfast will not be provided by the organizer, so be sure to check on breakfast/dinner options prior to booking accommodations. Pending a sufficient number of reservations, the organizer will serve dinner at the airfield at a full-meal price of €9.
Prices for meals in local restaurants can vary quite a lot, however full lunch at a restaurant is about 25€, dinner a little bit more 30€. It’s difficult to find restaurants that serve breakfast in the valley, therefore while making reservations for sleeping, keep in mind to double check that they serve breakfast.
The official language of the competition is English.
The Pre-competition Slovenia Cup and World Championship will be run according to the currently valid FAI Sporting Code.

National teams shall comprise:
All participating teams must hold a valid FAI Sporting Licence for the year 2016.
If a competitor must for medical reasons take any of the substances listed on the WADA Prohibited List, he or she must present a Therapeutic Use Exemption obtained from the FAI.
As per host country legislation, the organizer shall provide all participants with third party insurance to cover accidents involving injury to others or damage of property. Participants must hold their own health insurance to cover accident and/or illness.
From 1st January 2016, the protest fee has increased to 50€.
FAI diplomas and trophies will be awarded to participants who place First, Second and Third in both categories (Senior and Junior) and to teams that place First, Second and Third overall. Perpetual trophies will also be awarded.

The banquet will be organized on Saturday evening (30th of July) before the start of the World Championships. Teams that would like to attend the banquet must make a reservation and payment by 30th April.
